"I started Rockin Lifestyle because I was tired of all the weird stuff associated with the self-help industry. I always loved self-improvement, but I didn't like the image that went along with it. I wanted to create a style of self-help that had nothing to do with religion, New Age, and other weird stuff. I wanted to take my experience as a musician and my passion for rock 'n' roll and apply it to everyday living.
My mission is to help people achieve happiness, live with a sense of purpose, and move them closer to what's important in their lives.
