    • Pete: John Harms (Harms Software) here to say THANKS! for an amazing class you put on for my sales and marketing team. It was fun, informative, and really helped stimulate conversation. After you left we spent another hour in the conference room discussing what we had learned and how we could improve. E + R = O. Unfortunately things have to be repeated enough to become habit. The (E)vent that happened last night was a guy decided to tailgate me and try to intimidate me at 12 o'clock after a long night of working. The (R)esponse I gave was to tap my break and 'check' the guy to back him off but when he continued - reverse road rage kicked in and i JAMMED on the breaks. The (O)utcome was that he hit my new (1 week old) BMW and then I had to sit in the rain waiting for a cop for 45 minutes. Hearing has to be followed up with Action and repeated enough to become habit. I sat in the car literally thinking if my (R)esponse would have been to let him pass - I'd be home sleeping and my car wouldn't be scratched. I think we need to have you back soon! Take care and thanks again. John Harms

    • Hello,

Dropping by after reading the EODM interview linked on the 'zoogle. I like your attitude about the EGO and gigging. I have played with many local artists as a backing musician just to get out of my own head and learn. Funny enough, the more criticism I accept, the more inspired I become. Albany has a great music scene and I am fortunate enough to play with some extremely talented people up here.

Thank you for what you do, and all the best.

    • Hey Pete, It's been four months since I first stepped foot through your doorway. Thanks for the help and guidance.
